Please complete the following items to successfully register:

0. Select your shirt size
0. Choose the registration fee once and enter the player's full name
0. Choose the rating fee once and enter your rating, put NONE if unrated (ignore this step if you are competing only in event #20 Handicap Singles and/or event #21 Hardbat Singles)
0. Enter the events in which you are competing and complete the options boxes as needed
0. Pay with credit card through PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal - Keep processing your payment using the left side of the payment screen to pay without logging into PayPal.  There are no additional fees.

Notes: 

• To our Canadian friends - there is an estimated rating conversion list at www.rockfordttc.com.  All unrated players that win the 1st round will advance to 2nd round competition with other unrated players that won 1st rounds.
• Ratings from July 3rd will be used for event eligibility
• Entry deadline is July 19, 2010
• Must be a USATT member for events 1-19 or a member of a foreign table tennis association.  Membership fees may be purchased from this store listed at the end of the products.  For USATT membership information, please see www.usatt.org/membership/default.asp
